2. Visiting this website
When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that is needed to deliver it: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, browser and operating system, and the amount of data transferred. This data is processed by the hosting provider named below. It is used only to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable, for example to detect and fend off attacks.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. The data is not merged with other data and is not used to identify you.
Hosting. The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, on servers in Germany. The hosting provider keeps server log files with the data listed above for a limited period and then deletes them. The provider acts as a processor on my behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
3. Contacting me
If you contact me by email or phone, I process the details you provide (such as name, email address, phone number and the content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, with the legitimate interest of answering your enquiry. Emails are stored in a mailbox at ALL-INKL.COM in Germany. I delete your data when it is no longer needed for your enquiry, unless statutory retention periods (for example under commercial or tax law) require me to keep it.
4. Links to other websites
This website links to LIMSecurity.com and to LinkedIn. These are plain links: no data is transferred to those sites until you click them. From then on, the privacy policy of the respective site applies.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You may object at any time to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, an email to the address above is enough.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the authority responsible for me: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, lda.bayern.de.
